L-MODU can contribute to improvement of dispersibility and dispersion of pigments by taking advantage of high compatibility with high flowability / PP.

The masterbatch of L-modu was made with biaxial film and evaluated for dispersibility and diffusivity.

[Fusion and higher order structure of PP+L-MODU]



L-MODU exhibits high compatibility with PP and does not form a process with crystalline lamella, but exists only in the non-nucleus region of PP.

- Even if a small amount of L-MODU is added to the PP (50% or less), the PP is not changed. This is because PP and L-MODU are not processed and L-MODU is limited to non-stationary. 




[Antistatic Agent BLEED Property of CPP]



Antistatic agent (containing stearinicin monoglyceride 8%) Amount of addition: 1wt% / bwe Resin: homo (MFR = 7.0)

- The addition of L-MODU can accelerate the bleeding of antistatic agents.
- The addition of L-MODU can reduce bleed differences in storage temperature and humidity in different environments. (Mitigation of environmental dependence)
  It is expected to reduce the number of prescription changes, suppress appearance failure, and inhibit penetration into other layers.
