¡Û Lithium ion battery electrical material process - New Continuous Production Technology CDM Process Primix has developed a new manufacturing technique called "CDM Process" for mass production of lithium-ion secondary batteries (¡ØCDM: Continuous Distributed Mixing Patents). This is a completely new manufacturing system that Filmix manufactures electrode material processes in continuous distributed mode. The CDM process itself is distributed technology itself and continuously distributed in a continuous manner, providing optimal distribution of fine-grained battery-activated and conductive materials, improving performance and providing lower-cost production compared to traditional technologies. In the CDM process, the dispersion is completed by basically supplying a mixed process to the pump and passing through a mixture of central mixer to provide a predetermined sojourn time for all electrode materials. A continuous manufacturing process that is sent continuously from the distributed process pump, performing temperature control and defoaming. With this ongoing process, traditional deployment mixer types can reduce difficult factories, do labor-intensive, ultimate automation tasks, and overcome serious cost competition.

Positive material name: Iron phosphate Negative material name: graphite ¡Ø Electrical Material Process: To provide fluids for applying electrode material to the electrode plate. Mix with liquids such as binders or solvents [Delivers high-quality production of electrical material processes] 1) Uniform distribution Particle-active substances (some microns from nanoparticles) make it difficult for existing deployments and external materials to distribute conductive materials, but Filmix has a mechanism for uniform diffusion. * Dispersion of lithium-ion battery electrode material (handling example) - Phil Mix Method
- Electrode Material: LFP
2) Optimal diffusion conditions can be reviewed You can easily determine the optimum diffusion conditions by changing the PCwheel circumference speed of the Filmix to obtain the minimum electrical resistance of the coating film. * Distributed conditions and coated film electrical resistance (experimental example) - Electrical resistance measurement: 3-terminal method - conductive material: AB
- Electrode Material: LFP
3) High point reproducibility The CDM process has excellent repeatability of process viscosity and stable manufacturing under simple, digitizable processes and operating conditions; The result of anode electrode material using an NMP solution(a) and The result of a cathodic electrode material (b).

It can also be very reliable for electrode materials.
[CDM process that contributes to production speed and reduce manufacturing cost of the electrical process]
Compared to the traditional mixers, the CDM process has excellent production costs such as floor space, power consumption, labor, and facility investments.

[Easy-to-work CDM process]
The CDM process is simplified, enabling the production of highly reproducible electrical material processes.
[CDM process is easy to extension] Filmix is also one of the key features that is easy to expand. By setting the mixing time and circumference speed of the PCwheel, check for conditions that can be easily expanded even when placed on a large machine, the rotate wheel "CD, etc." Adjust the filmix "CDM-80" to 30 litres per hour production capacity.
* CDM Process Extension
[Lineup of CDM Process]
The CDM process has five different models depending on production. CDM-252 for production at CDM-125. The CDM-80 is for development and test production.

Mixing metal contamination will reduce the performance and quality of the manufacture of the energy device electrodes, so as to take as much action as possible during the manufacturing process. Filmix is small in the stirring part, so you can make it ceramic. * Ceramic wetted parts (optional) Usable; Aluminium, Sic, silicon nitride, etc.

[How to prototype the electrical material process in a research and development test (picture)] Let me introduce specific production methods for the FM-80 electrode material process. Filmix can perform "place operations" for small test production and distributed health checks and "continuous operation" for prototyping a certain amount of electrode prototypes. (Only 40 for FM-30 and FM-deployment tasks) City the standard electrode material process dispersion method and [electro prototype type] for small studies. The order in which you enter the pre-spray material is the same as the CDM process, first you add the powder material when you add and stir it. Pre-mixing devices recommend blenders with high speed stirring axis.
* How to Create an Electric Material Process (Picture Method)
[Example of a procedure to study the dispersion conditions of an electrical material process]
Caution 1. De-dispatch the process viscosity before measuring it. Caution 2. Beware of the gravity of the electrical material process. importance 2.5 For post-war processes, the PC wheel circumference speed of FILMIX is recommended below 20 m/sec. Caution 3. However, ¨ê long variance times require attention as production volume is reduced during continuous production. |
